Your new LinkedIn banner, headline and Featured

Five options, each a different layout. Pick one number and use that option's banner, headline and Featured tile together. Every option points to one thing: your tax diagnostic for CPA firms, with the keyword “DIAGNOSTIC”, your own word for it (“I will give you the diagnostic”, 6 July). Each banner is also shown at real phone size, so you can see it reads.

How to put it live

  1. Pick one option below.
  2. Upload the banner. It's already 1584 × 396.
  3. Paste the headline into Edit intro.
  4. Featured → Add a link → your Accounting Firms & CPAs page (exceleratingai.com/partners/accounting-firms-independent-cpas), then upload the tile as its image.
  5. Reply to every “DIAGNOSTIC” with the diagnostic, then the DM below.

The one-shot DM

Send it to anyone who likes or comments on your posts, or who's just connected. Swap the highlighted bits for each person.

Hey [FIRST NAME], I'm just about to head out the door to [one of the boys' games] and wanted to send this before I forget.

I saw you [liked / commented on] my post about [TOPIC] (or: thanks for connecting!), so I wanted to properly introduce myself.

I'm Brian. I run Excelerating AI. We help accounting firms of 11 to 50 people give every business client real tax planning, not just the few who can carry the partner hours.

I looked at your firm's website and you reminded me of [CLIENT NAME], who I was just on a call with. [RESULT].

Here's why it works. The diagnostic does the gathering, the issue spotting and the scenarios before the client call. The partner keeps the judgment. That's about 45 minutes of preparation, not four unbillable hours in March.

It took me 30 years inside accounting firms to dial this in, including seven in tax at EY and ten as a tax partner.

Right now we've got an offer where [THE OFFER].

As you can imagine, the billable hour isn't a big fan of us haha.

Anyway, I really have to go or I'll miss [the first pitch].

Happy to walk you through how it works. I've got [TIME 1] or [TIME 2] free tomorrow?

If not, no biggie at all. Happy to just send you the tax diagnostic instead.

Nice to meet you!

Cheers,
Brian

Before it goes live

  • Have the diagnostic ready to send. Every option promises it. The images show what's inside it, taken from your 2 July post (entity structures, deductions, AGI timing, retirement, passive losses, cost seg, R&D/WOTC/Section 125, accountable plans, PTET, the annual roadmap). If your real file has its own cover, send it over and we'll swap it in.
  • One buyer on the profile. Your headline and About now speak to CPA firms of 11 to 50 people. Your Experience entry for Excelerating AI still says “$10m to 100m consulting, accounting, and professional-services firms” and AI spend. Worth bringing it in line so a tax partner reads one story top to bottom.
  • The $6K line (option 4). It comes from your 6 July post. If you'd rather not lead with a fee number, options 1 to 3 don't use it.
